Certified, Documented and Controlled

Quality, testing & traceability

Quality, reliability and traceability are not optional extras in industries such as aerospace & defence, semicon, high-end food, energy and consumer goods. They are essential requirements. Components and systems must not only meet specifications, but also remain traceable and reproducible throughout their entire lifecycle.

At Tuinte, we do not see quality as a final inspection, but as the result of controlled processes, clear procedures and a structured approach. From engineering and work preparation to manufacturing, assembly and final delivery, we focus on predictable quality and demonstrable results.

Traceability plays a central role in this approach. We record where materials originate from, which operations have been performed and which inspections have taken place. This ensures that critical information remains available for delivery, audits, revisions and future projects.

Quality assurance

Quality Starts Before Production

Quality assurance begins during engineering and work preparation. By carefully reviewing manufacturability, tolerances, material selection and application requirements, potential risks can be identified at an early stage and deviations can be prevented later in the process.

During production, process steps are documented and inspections and measurements are carried out where required. The objective is not only to inspect, but above all to control and manage the process. This results in a stable and repeatable way of working that meets the demands of high-tech industries.

Our approach focuses on:

  • controlling critical dimensions and tolerances;
  • documenting process steps and manufacturing operations;
  • applying controlled working methods;
  • ensuring consistent quality throughout the entire production process.

Measurement is knowledge

Testing & tooling

Testing and tooling are an important part of Tuinte’s quality process. Depending on the application, we perform measurements, inspections and validations to verify that components and assemblies meet the specified requirements.

We use suitable measuring equipment, fixtures and tooling to support this process. In specific situations, we develop dedicated tooling or test setups tailored to the application or project requirements. This provides insight into the performance of critical components and systems while enabling objective documentation of results.

Measurement not only provides information about the final product, but also contributes to process control and continuous improvement.

Full traceability and documentation

For many customers, a project does not end at delivery. Information must remain available for audits, maintenance, modifications, quality investigations or future production runs.

That is why we document relevant information throughout the entire process. Depending on project requirements, this may include material certificates, supplier information, process records, quality inspections and project documentation.

This way of working aligns with the requirements of industries such as semicon, defence and high-tech machine building, where transparency, reproducibility and demonstrable compliance are becoming increasingly important.

Certified processes as a foundation

Tuinte operates in accordance with recognised standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2 and VCA. These certifications provide the foundation for a structured way of working and support the control, documentation and continuous improvement of processes.

Combined with internal procedures, craftsmanship and project experience, they contribute to reliable project execution and a consistent quality standard.

By integrating quality, testing and traceability throughout the entire process, we deliver solutions that not only perform as intended, but whose development and production can also be fully demonstrated and documented.
