More Than Cleanroom Assembly
Cleanroom assembly is an important part of our expertise, but assembly at Tuinte goes beyond cleanroom environments alone. Depending on the application, we perform assembly activities both in controlled cleanroom facilities and in conventional production environments.
Industries such as semiconductors, high-end food processing and aerospace demand strict requirements regarding cleanliness, precision and contamination control. To meet these requirements, we operate ISO Class 6 and ISO Class 7 cleanrooms designed for the assembly, cleaning and packaging of sensitive components and systems.
At the same time, we assemble larger mechanical structures, modules and machines on a daily basis, where dimensional accuracy, stability and the integration of multiple technologies are key.
