Materials used in the food industry must be cleanable and capable of being disinfected. In addition, they need to be durable; no particles should become detached.
Tuinte uses hygienic materials for the food industry. For instance, we make extensive use of stainless steel. We can also properly seal any corners to ensure that they are cleanable and that no marks can develop. Finally, we also apply various techniques that make surfaces even smoother, so that there is no chance that moisture or dirt will adhere.
Easy to keep clean
When designing machines, modules or components we also make sure that they are easy to clean by hand. We make the machines easily accessible for cleaning. No enclosed processes, but instead, for example, sheet metal which can easily be removed and replaced.
