Certified welding
You are looking for welding work that meets the highest quality standards — a partner who thinks along with you and actively looks for solutions to meet your specifications. A company that holds the right certifications and delivers high-quality welds.
At Tuinte, we have a highly skilled team with extensive experience in certified welding. Each of our welders is a true craftsman who views welding as a trade and strives for the highest possible quality in every job.

Tuinte is certified for the most complex welding work
Since 2019, Tuinte has been ISO 3834-2 certified — an internationally recognized quality assurance system for welding operations.
To continuously meet these requirements, our IWT Welding Coordinator ensures that only well-trained and qualified welders are involved in our processes, in line with all tests and audits.
This guarantees that both Tuinte as an organization and our welders deliver welding work of the highest quality.
Do you have a challenging welding project that requires the proper certifications?
We’ll make sure it’s done and we’ll think along with you every step of the way.

Aligning standards, certifications, and inspections
Because welded constructions often need to withstand extreme conditions, we discuss all specifications with you in advance.
Which standards must the final result comply with? What certifications are required? What tests are needed to ensure quality?
These questions form the starting point of our collaboration. Together, we define what needs to be done and then we make it happen. The result: a high-quality product with certified welding that meets all specified requirements.
More and more clients, both national and international, demand ISO 3834-2 certification.
The reason is simple: it’s not always possible to verify afterwards whether a weld was performed correctly.
The ISO 3834-2 standard provides assurance beforehand its strict requirements ensure a high probability that the final product will meet all quality expectations.
Certified welding combined with other machining operations
At Tuinte, welding rarely stands alone. We combine certified welding with complementary operations such as CNC milling, CNC turning, and assembly.
This enables us to deliver complete modules or components on a turnkey basis — and if required, assembled in a cleanroom environment.

Welding techniques and materials
Tuinte applies various welding processes, including:
-
MIG / MAG welding
-
TIG welding
-
Cobot welding, based on the same processes
We have a dedicated non-ferrous welding department for materials such as stainless steel (RVS) and aluminium, specially equipped for sectors like food processing, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries.
This separation prevents contamination and guarantees clean, high-quality welds.
At Tuinte, we use several welding methods: MIG, MAG, and TIG.
MIG and MAG welding use a continuously fed filler wire, providing high welding speed and consistent quality ideal for steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
TIG welding is used where ultimate precision and a smooth, clean weld finish are required. The material is welded with a non-consumable tungsten electrode, with or without filler material.
This ensures the optimal technique for every material and application.
Cobot welding
We now operate multiple welding cobots that precisely replicate the movements of our welders.
This combination of human expertise and robotic precision offers high repeatability, efficiency, and process stability — ideal for series production and consistent quality assurance.
What we mean by high-end, specialized welding
High-quality welding doesn’t always mean delicate or small work.
Sometimes, specialization lies in welding heavy constructions or large lengths.
Whether your final product must withstand extreme forces, high temperatures, or intense pressure — or whether it requires ultra-smooth, precise, or large-scale welds — Tuinte makes it happen.
We weld even the most complex structures, variations, and materials, such as lifting tools, frame constructions, or pressure systems (e.g. gas supply systems).
Our separate non-ferrous welding area is specially equipped for the food, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries.
